Sometimes things don’t turn out how you expect them to but that’s okay. My return to work hasn’t gone as well as I had hoped and I need more time to rest and heal. I hope to be strong enough to return soon but time will tell. I had booked a visit to a spa with my mum for earlier this week. I was debating about whether or not I should go, given I was in a flare, but we went and had a wonderfully relaxing time. I was so glad I made the decision to go as my pain in now back under control. I’m starting to feel better, which is really great as I was worried I had knocked myself back to square one. My body is clearly a lot stronger than it used to be but I pushed it a bit too far, causing a set back. Be sure to check back on Monday to read about my tips on how to handle a flare up.
